Return Policy

Claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For any packages that have been lost in transit, all claims will need to be submitted no later than 1 week after the approximate delivery date. If there was an error on our part that was found within the claim, then we will cover that expense.

If we happen to receive a returned shipment, then there will be an automated email notification that will be sent out to you. 

Incorrect/Wrong Address - If provided with an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility and you will be liable for any and all reshipment costs once we have received and confirmed an updated address.

We do not accept returns of any of our products that appear to have been tampered with or used to a certain amount, as this is not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You are therefore in agreement that any returned orders that have been tampered with or used won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Before any item get returned, please reach out to Ryan or Brittany. Orders are not refunded just for buyer’s remorse.
